Cancellation and Transfer Policy

145 Summit at Sea (hereafter "SAS") reserves the right to cancel the 2022 conference due to circumstances beyond the control of SAS. If SAS cancels the 2022 conference you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of notification. SAS is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation. If SAS cancels the 2022 conference, a cancellation notice will be posted on the SAS website and you will be contacted at the email address you provided when registering, so please be sure to provide a valid email address.


Airline Cancellations

Cancellations for Airline Commitments must be made in writing to support@the145.com, prior to June 30, 2022 at 5:00 PM EST. Airlines that neglect to cancel their reservation prior to the June 30, 2022 deadline, will be charged $1900 USD to cover the cost of their stateroom.


Airline Attendee Transfer

Airline Attendee Transfers in registrations must be made in writing to support@the145.com. You may transfer your registration to another person in your company prior to badge collection by requesting the change in writing to support@the145.com. Cancellations for Spouse/Guest registrations made up until June 30, 2022 at 5:00 PM EST will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee. Unfortunately, NO refunds for Spouse/Guests will be made for cancellations received after June 30, 2022 at 5:00 PM EST.


Supplier Cancellations and Transfers

Cancellations for Supplier and Spouse/Guest registrations made up until June 30, 2022 at 5:00 PM EST will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made in writing to support@the145com. Unfortunately, NO refunds will be made for cancellations received after June 30, 2022 at 5:00 PM EST. You may transfer your registration to another person in your company prior to badge collection by requesting the change in writing to support@the145.com. Transfer Requests are only accepted if the transfer is within the same exact company as the original registration.

Please note that transfer requests made after the deadline of June 30, 2022 at 5:00 PM EST may not be reflected in the SAS App.


Sponsorship Cancellations

Sponsorships may be cancelled for a full refund up to the point that production of promotional items, banners, or purchase of sponsorship goods have begun or have been purchased. Once production of promotional items have begun, or purchases have been completed, NO refunds will be made for cancellations. In the event the conference is cancelled by Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines for any reason, a 50% refund for the cost of sponsorship assets will be provided to all sponsors.
